Can anyone help me figure out how to do it? No idea what I'm doing, I haven't used Lexis in ages but I hear its better for firm research than Westlaw.

Honestly I don't find them that helpful, but if you go to the legal tab then toward the bottom right of all the sources there is a heading that says reference. Click the martidale-hubbell link and run a search like you would for anything else. It has info on the firm's practice and a paragraph about each attorney.

You can also search for cases an attorney has been named as counsel in. Click the Federal and State Cases combined link and go to the Terms and connector tab. Type COUNSEL and in parenthesis place the attorney's name; for example, if I was looking of the cases that Philip Phillips has litigated I would type COUNSEL(Philip Phillips). No space between COUNSEL and the parenthesis.
