Nothing is solid until you actually start working there (and even after AKA Lathaming) but the fact that they are interviewing 3Ls is probably a good sign. They are looking to hire more people, probably not just looking to replace you.

+1. Also, since they are a small firm and you have a good relationship with them, you could just ask.
