lower tier 1, top 40%, only looking at 4 preselects. Any chance at landing these jobs (All 4 NLJ 250, 2 are vault 100s)?

but I hear people getting like 25 interviews and then not getting offers at like 20 of them. I really gotta make these count and don't know what to do

well even by those stats u can prolly get 1 offer.

Dude, go nail the hell out of those 4. Prepare like theres no tomorrow (while at the same time doing a ton of mass mailing and networking). Impress the interviewers with how enthusiastic and well-prepared you are, and you certainly have a chance. Don't worry about odds or chances. Just do everything in your power.
