New Orleans Salary
Please, no speculation based on what other firms are paying - I've worked in a similar market, and I know that the general range appears to be about 95-105 starting salary, but Adams & Reese lists their salary as 95-135 on the NALP directory. Does anyone know if they actually start associates off at 135? Is that only applicable to those associates who have clerked?

That's a multi-office form you're looking at on NALP. They have offices in Houston and DC, where market is 160. The 135 number almost certainly refers to the occasional new associate in one of those offices.
