Can't say too much more without outing myself, but I had two screeners with them.

I attended SEMJF but haven't heard back from any yet. It doesn't seem like that many firms that interviewed have gotten back to people. I wonder if firms really take the interviews seriously or just send people so they can put it on their websites and NALP forms saying that they support diversity...

I've got a Paul Hastings callback.

Do your credentials make you a competitive/viable candidate for the firms you are waiting on? Also, its very early in the recruiting season. Real talk here, a lot of these firms are willing to give a look to diverse candidates who, on paper, they wouldn't even give a screening interview to so I'd be grateful for that. Plus, the firms have to report to SEMJF the students they call back so there is a built in mechanism to prevent this.

Is this true? I have heard of this being a requirement of some diversity job fairs but I didn't think it was at SEMJF.

Got a callback with an NLJ250 firm (that isn't V100) in a smaller secondary market. Sorry for lack of details but not trying to out myself.

Yes it is true. There was a blurb posted outside some firm's interview rooms about it.

Is it a firm with three offices (but really only two offices) all in one state?

Can you provide any info about which of the two you got a callback from? One of them is a top choice for me and now I'm stressing. GL on the callback!
