3l Mass Mail Results

Anyone have any results yet? I emailed about 100 on Monday and haven't heard boo except for 2/3 firms that said they wouldnt be hiring 3ls.

2L here, but in the same boat- sent everything out almost two weeks ago, haven't heard squat.

top 25% at t-20 school w/ IP

About 40 apps, 1 rejection, 2 transcript requests, 2 requests to resend in the future.
CCN medianish after 1L, top 1/3 after 2L.
Will update as I send/hear more.

All I can say is I went about the process wrong. I mostly only applied through OCI and limited myself to one city. A fatal combination of ignorance about the process and over confidence.

200 snail-mail letters, about 20 rejections, one interview with a national firm with 3-4 offices and 30-40 attorneys in the one I'm interviewing at. And I some of the rejections have been personalized emails, from what I can tell, from hiring partners. So I know that they are getting to the right people.

How long ago did you mail? Also, have you been following up? Or have you not gotten to that point yet?

I started sending them out about 2 weeks ago, but I got a response to the one I sent out this last week. I haven't followed up with any of the offices--actually I didn't know that people were doing that. I did that once last year to a smaller region (Portland), and I got 5 call backs out of that after telling them I was going to be in the area. But I'm not sure how that will work as a 3L.

Are you guys just mass mailing cover letter and resume with no transcript? If this is the case are you putting your gpa on your resume?
Also do you think it's better to email or send snail mail.
I am going to start this week....

I also would like to know what you guys sent when mass mailing. Did you guys send just a resume, or the whole shabang (resume, writing sample, cover letter, and unofficial transcript)?

I just mailed a resume, transcript and a cover letter. Also, I have sent out about 70-75 apts, about five we are not hiring rejections. CCN transfer, now top 10%, on a secondary journal.

I'll be the guy to bump this. Anyone have any updates on 3L mass mailing? Screeners? CB's? Anything other than dings?
