Sure, no problem. We love helping people out by doing all of their work for them. I'd start with these firms:
Davis & Cannon
Holland & Hart LLP
Williams, Porter, Day & Neville PC
Gifford & Brinkerhoff
Hickey & Evans LLP
Lathrop & Rutledge
Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP
Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin LLC

Holy shit, they aren't? I knew GW was struggling but I had no idea it was that bad. Those aren't even the best, just around where you should be applying.
I know people with your creds who struck out, so if you want to be safe, I'd send applications to all of the above firms anyway.

Davis & Cannon is TTT. The rest are good suggestions.

You can shit on firms after you get a job. You might think it's TTT but it's at least worth a bid at this stage.

Also, how much worse is it to be on ILR than LR
I am starting to freak out a bit, not sure if it is warranted or not.

It's 17% worse.
As for the fact that those firms aren't going to your OCI, that's a problem. It's not "can you get a job through OCI" it's "can you get a job worth getting" - you want to work at the places I listed given your creds. The firms showing up at your OCI either (1) won't hire you or (2) aren't places you want to work. Focus on my list.

What are NONE of these possibilities? If that is so why would ANYONE outside of top 15% apply ANYWHERE...?

Not OP:
GW isn't really struggling. Are there fewer firms coming than there were three years ago? Yes. It still has 186 employers coming to OCI, 75% of those are probably market or near-market paying firms (I might even be understating that a bit).
Your list doesn't look bad, though Williams & Connolly might be a reach. Also, in the past, Wilmer has only interviewed LR members, so you might want to nix them (or at least check with CDO on get their thoughts).
Also, and maybe I miscounted, but I only counted 32 or 33 bids for you. You should use those extra two, unless you've reserved them for gov't or PI.

See if Heller or Thatcher Proffit are coming to your OCI. They are good targets if they are.

I would also bid on Howrey, I think they've been badly underbid at my school at least.

I think OP has no chance at a good number of the firms in the list, including the two you name plus Covington, A+P, Sidley, Kirkland, SullCrom, Simpson Thatcher, and Gibson Dunn. None of those are smart bids.
I'd go a lot more conservative.

Those are my reaches, but what about Drinker Biddle and all the rest? they are V50-100

I think V50-100 is where I'd focus, if I were you.
I think your reaches are more in the Akin Gump range (which I think is a great bid with your stats). For V5 firms and Covington/W&C types, you'd need a higher GPA or law review to be competitive.

You know, Symplicity actually lists the stuff each employer is looking for. GPA cut offs, journal, etc..., and you can use NALP to get any other information you need.

No. Do not use that.
