part-time @ T20, raising 4E
GPA 3.5
was working at an IP firm (top on the IP list, but not that high on the V100 list) during all my school years
no summer intern experience
planned to do OCI this August for an associate position
but the firm I worked for just made me an offer as a third year associate

Should I keep looking? Any chance other firms may beat this offer?

I am a 0L, but in this economy and if you are in the region you want to work in I would freaking go for it. For one reason:

This is a real offer and you may not get another.

And even though it is not high on the list it is still on the list.

They are not pushing me for a decision soon.
So I'm not sure if I should just stop right now and give up OCI completely. On the other hand, I guess it doesn't worth the time if I knew I wouldn't do better. I don't know if any other firm will offer me as a 3rd year.
