I have friends who have heard from Tax, Sci Tech, European, and Human Rights. No confirmation, but also heard Asian might be out.

Also still waiting. I wish they'd do them all at the same time. Most of my friends have heard by now, so I'm definitely getting nervous at this point.

I heard that last year journals were still looking for people into the first week or two of the semester. If you're not on LR, then just being on a journal will suffice. There's no reason to stress about secondary journals. If you want one, you will get one, even if it's not today.

Thanks. Do you know which journals are usually still open for spots after today? I thought Gender might be one since they take 1Ls. Any others?

Thank you, that actually makes me feel a lot better. :) Any idea which journals in particular were still looking for people after the initial round of offers went out last year?

edit: Sorry for being repetitive, didn't see the post above until I had already posted this.

Not yet. If she has that info, she should do that as soon as possible.

definitely. personally, if the cold hard truth is that i didn't get a journal, i'd rather just know now instead of waiting all night on a phone call that's not going to come.
