Could You Do Research Without the Internets?
Net at work is incredibly slow today. As a result I can load TLS pages but cannot get Westlaw to function. Just made me realize how ill-prepared I would be if the net was out and I was forced to do research from, egads, BOOKS!

I could if I dealt with court case law since some secondary source book would likely lead me where I needed to go. However, I deal with mostly administrative decisions... I don't even know where I'd start without the internets. I'd have to ask a colleague for help.

We had to learn to use the books before we used Lexis / West.
