The hopefully final where-should-I-bid thread

Instead of ten more threads with school, GPA, and a tentative bid list, why don't we have one thread for all these questions? I'll aggregate everything in this first post if others help out.
Suggested format:
Firm name
Likely range of GPAs they'll accept to consider you and any caveats (they go lower for corporate, experience in the field trumps everything, etc.)
School specific information, i.e., they don't go below 3.6, they'll take below median if..., etc.
Where you should bid this firm for OCI (high, median, low, not at all)
Anything else you can think of that would be helpful
