OCI advice (URM)

I realize there is probably an incredibly small number of people who have insight into this subject. So, if this thread withers and dies that is understandable. I am also hoping that this does not turn into an AA debate. I also understand that firms differ and there are a lot of factors that go into making hiring decisions and that OCI is not as formulaic as law school admissions. However, if anyone has any advice I would welcome it.
I am a URM (the highly sought after kind) who is about top 20% at an MVP school and want to know if I can shoot for the stars come OCI. I am bidding all NYC and I am curious to know if super selective firms like Cravath are out of reach. I would hate to be shut out at OCI and I want to make sure I do not waste my precious bids. Thanks to anyone who has insight into this.
