Legal aid society 1L internship and biglaw?

Will it hurt my chances to do criminal defense internship at legal aid society during 1L summer If I want biglaw summer 2L?

I've never talked to a single person in BigLaw who indicated that what you did 1L summer matters in any way. As long as you are doing something legal for the summer you are fine.
