8P/2H at HLS - SLIP/government prospects?

I just finished 1L at HLS and don't know what happened with grades. I ended up with 1H/4P 1st sem, worked even harder 2nd sem, and got the same grades again - with a slight difference: one of my H's was a DS. I have no interest in working at a firm, and was really hoping to get a SLIP position for next summer. If that won't work out, I'm interested in doing anything government-related in DC.
1) What are my chances of still getting a SLIP offer? How much do grades matter for this?
2) If I can't get SLIP, would I still have a chance at the volunteer intern program?
3) Does it make any difference that my DS was in Legislation & Regulation?
