Any one wants to share or take a guess what the grades for top 1/3 and half at Penn are? And for people in those positions, what are reaches, safeties in terms of vault ranking? I know grade is not everything, but just can not stop caring about it this much

(1) There is no such thing as a safety firm or a firm at which you are guaranteed an offer. Not for you, not for everyone. Do not think of OCI the same way you think of law school applications.
(2) Top third and top half are very different positions. Top third is approaching the point where you have a real chance almost anywhere in NYC, top half and you're in the danger zone. To maximize your chances of employment, bid on firms with large class sizes in NYC that are not historically extremely grade snobby. This will include firms from the top to the bottom of the vault rankings.

Can you list firms that are not grade-snobby? And maybe some lower-ranked firms that are grade-snobby (so I know what to avoid)?

Yea, top third and half are different. But do you know what grades match those? I heard 3.25 is the median. Not sure what the top 1/3 is.

Vault rankings do not correlate to selectivity in many (most?) cases
