How High Can I Reach?

~Top 5% at a school in the 30s and 3-4 years of good work experience before LS
Most of the V50 firms do not visit my school for OCI. A few do, but it's usually for smaller satellite branches in nearby secondary markets.
I would like to do NYC biglaw...how high can I realistically set my sights? Obviously places like WLRK would insta-trash my resume, but are other V10-V20 firms a possibility? For example, will firms like Cleary/DP/SC ever dip down to this level?? Shearman perhaps??
Additionally, will the stronger overseas firms like Linklaters, clifford chance, or Allen Overy give me a look? I have a strong interest in international capital markets and a resume which gives me a leg up on most other applicants in this area. However, I realize how difficult it is to get into that type of thing and will approach the job search with flexibility.
Any feedback, anecdotal or otherwise, is welcome. Thanks.
