Benefits Analyst Position for Law

Thinking about going for a position like this because I have some connections. Good for law school applications? It's all about explaining company benefits (retirement, healthcare, vacation days, and helping fight for disability claims) to workers in the company. Seem like lawyer skills to me.

Compensation expert is a far better job than lawyer. I'd take the job, then go get a Human Resources MA from a school with a compensation program, and skip law school
