I was a debate coach and worked at several schools between 2005 and 2010. Rather than differentiate the positions on my resume (since I had the same responsibilities in virtually every position and no formal job title), would it be OK to list them as:

ABC High School, ABC, CA
DEF High School, DEF, CA
GHI High School, GHI, CA
Debate Coach, 2005-2010
Provided coaching...

Yes.

Yes, I have something similiar on my resume as I worked in several different cities as a consultant for various companies. If you wrote it all out seperately it would be way too long and cumbersome.
