Dewey Cheatham & Howe is launching a new apprenticeship program designed to connect students with associate job openings at our firm. Schola2Juris is an intensive, practice-specific fall apprenticeship that provides a unique opportunity to gain law firm experience while earning a $10,000 scholarship. The apprenticeships that are offered to students are actual job openings with Moe Dewey that, depending on individual performance, will lead to employment after graduation.

The Class of 2012 will be able to apply for a Schola2Juris Apprenticeship this summer and the program will take place during the first 6 weeks of the 3L year.

Program Details:

• Students will apply for specific associate job openings with Larry Cheatham which will start after graduation
• While in school, students will work in a virtual law office where they will learn from experienced partner and associate advisors
• Students will come to our offices to job shadow with associates and participate in a Fall Retreat with all of the attorneys in the firm
