So my drivers license expired recently and I am waiting for the DMV to process my renewal and mail me my new license (about 3 month wait). Will this be a problem for the background check for my summer internship with the DoJ?
Also does anyone know if I can get an interim license from the CA DMV without physically going into the office (I am currently out of state)

Re: Expired Drivers License and Background Check
Do you have a passport? If it's just a background check you'll be fine, if you have to be interviewed you are supposed to show photo id. You may just need to drive back to your home state l.
