I don't know about PI organizations in general, but I can tell you that your rap sheet is pretty benign for a public defender -- in fact, you'd probably be a slightly more desirable candidate having had to go through the justice system.

I'd have a statement ready about how you've assertively dealt with the you-know-what problem that I will not name so you can edit out.

Umm...You should probably try to get some expert opinions on this, like your school's career office. The job dismissals sound minor, but a DUI charge 2 years before law school is a little bit more worrisome to me. But I guess it was dismissed, so maybe it won't really matter.

A: Like wiseowl said above, have proof/explanation that you've nipped the you-know-what issues in the bud (no pun intended).
B: There is no 'permanent record' where your job data is stored. If you don't want to tell anyone you were fired from a pizza job, don't. And if you do tell anyone, tell them you were a dumb kid who got fired. No biggy.
