Oh god... reposting.

Actually look at the payscale site and you will see why this is stupid. Here is a sampling of the TOTAL(regardless of experience or sector) number of individuals reporting at a few of the top schools.

1) Yale- 59
2) Harvard- 246
3) Stanford- 70
4) Columbia- 32
5) Chicago- 13
6) NYU- 36
7) Michigan- couldnt find individual law school data
8) Virginia-13
9) UC-Berkeley- 26
10) Northwestern- 34

Useless.

You aren't the first to break the news. There are like 5 other posts floating around with this.

And the sample is like 20-300 lawyers per school of all grads in a 5 year time frame. Not useful whatsoever.

I wasn't suggesting I was breaking the news, nor would I be interested in that. I actually searched, and was surprised I didn't find anything on it before I posted. You could had just linked to one of them and that's it.

Sorry for being a dick, I'm trying to stop letting TLS take a hold of me in that sense. I just get irritated by articles like this that use logic and statistics as awful as what the law schools use. First we have the NYT type articles which rely solely on anecdotes, now these that involve tiny completely non-random samples.
