How is transfer of credit viewed?

I have a LLB with so-so grades and I will be doing a JD in Australia. I have the opportunity of completing the course within two years instead of three if I accept a transfer of credits from my LLB. If my JD grades are very good, will my transfer of credit make me seem less attractive for employers compared to if I did three yeas of JD w/o the transfer of credits?

In the US, the grades for the transferred credits would not show up on new transcript

Does your GPA/actual grades transfer, or just the credit hours? If the former, then you wouldn't want so-so grades pulling down your overall grades at your JD program (that is, if you think you'll do a lot better than you did at your LLB program). That alone might be significant to employers.
Otherwise, I don't have any advice. Sorry.

Thank you for the replies.
It would not transfer the grades, just the credit hours. I guess it seems as it will not harm me then.
