What is the difference between the different kinds of Intellectual Property attorneys? And what's the difference between a Patent lawyer and an IP lawyer? Can either one of them do litigation? And what's the average starting salary for both of them?

BTW, if you can't answer all questions just answer the ones you do know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

IP lawyer/attorney = Practices one or more of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets
Patent layer/attorney = Practices patents (either in patent prosecution or litigation) and is registered for patent prosecution
Patent litigator = Practices patent litigation, but is not registered for patent prosecution
