Post-Callback: How should I ask for reimbursement?

How should I approach this:

Had a callback. Was offered a flight, but opted to drive (450 miles or so). The mileage is really the only thing I'm worried about. Not given any reimbursement forms.

Even if I get the offer, I will decline it, so things are not that sensitive.

Try to contact the adminstrator (if you know who it is), or maybe the assistant of the partner you interview with, and just ask who you should direct reimbursement requests to. I would do it sooner rather than later if you plan on declining, i think it might be slightly awkward to decline and then ask for reimbursement.
