For those going through / who ahve gone through a background check for a SA job, how long did it take the firm to get back to you? I'm sitting on a month now, and wondering what's taking this long.

Mine took pretty long. Some of the local checks they run are entirely dependent on how modernized the locality is and they make have to send agents on foot to retrieve court records, etc.
