Spring Internship Question (College)

Post by jets098 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 2:37 pm

I'm a senior in college and enjoying my last stress-free semester before law school. I applied for an internship (not for credit or money) last semester at the State's Attorney's Office and got the position. They took a while to get back to me so I am just able to start now. It is going to be pretty time-intensive since they took so long to get back to me. Basically, I am thinking of backing out of the internship so I can have that "stress-free" semester but I was wondering how much of a help an internship like this could be for future employment or just on my resume. I know this is probably a fairly simple question but I have no experience with it so any responses will be nice. Thanks.
