Take AGO Internship, or See What Happens w/ Interviews?

Recently was offered an internship with the attorney general's office in the state my school is in. Unpaid, of course, but I am sure it is a great experience. I need to let them know soon whether I want to take it or not.

The thing is I have a couple interviews scheduled in the near future with firms which I give priority over the AGO, although I think my chances are slim. If it helps gauge what you think my actual chances may be with the firms, I was preselected for one through our school's OCI, and the other interview I received through targeted mailing. My rank is ~5% at the highest ranked school in the state the firms are in. My interviewing skills are slightly above average, at best.

What should I do? I feel like I am getting greedy chasing the illusive 1L SA, but I wouldn't be able to help but think I may be giving up a nice opportunity at a firm.

I'll also throw out there I have an offer from a federal magistrate judge to fall back on, in the event I decline the AGO offer and don't receive anything from the interviews.

I would normally say take the position, but since you have a judicial internship to fall back on, and your grades are stellar, give it a shot and go for the the firm job.
