Resume Collections

I was just curious about the process of resume collections? I have applied for a couple of jobs through the resume colletion. All the OCI firms had a decision within a week, which makes sense because they are coming and interviewing on a set day. However, is it unusual for a couple of weeks to go buy without hearing from a firm through a resume collection? If I haven't heard back yet should I assume I didn't get an interview or does it just take longer before they decide?
