for those who interviewed with Skadden NY - did they say the hiring committee will be meeting on wednesday? I can't remember exactly. And extending through the remainder of the week?

Just so you know, I'm in the same boat as you (probably the same round of interviews) and have not heard anything yet.
Yeah it's frustrating... and my follow-up emails were ignored. I'm pretty sure we are in the slow-rejection pile, or maybe the ignore pile.

FYI: Last year Skadden just didn't ever get back to several people.

I have a question for anyone that may help. I was selected for an OCI at my school today, and then a couple of hours later I received an email that I was selected (by the same firm) for an interview for the St. Louis Diversity Clerkship Program. The OCI at my school is scheduled for Thursday, and the diversity program interview is on Saturday. Does anyone think this is a coincidence or not?

I emailed Munger Tolles and they are still accepting Diversity scholarship applications.
Any advice from those who have interviewed for the position?

Yeah, they told me they were meeting on Wednesday. Decisions should be made this week I'd think.

This is true, but I heard it was mainly just a few people they wanted to lock in from HYS. I think they still have to make the majority of the decisions this week. I know someone who just interviewed like, Friday or something.

Yeah, I have no idea. I just have friends at H and Y who are already locked in.

The HR rep in the NY office told me they made a few offers to people at HYS, only because they themselves had traveled there to conduct interviews. The interviews for the 1L program ended this past Friday, and I believe they met yesterday to make decisions about "local candidates". She said we should know by tomorrow.

Non-local/T10 candidate here who had to fly up for the Skadden NY interview - have not heard yet but was told by recruiter that I would hear on/by Friday, Feb. 22nd.

Any word?

That seems to be the general consensus. I'd wait at least another 10 hours... lol.
