Which school places better in LA: Pepperdine or Loyola?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this question, so I apologize if it isn't...

But of Pepperdine and Loyola, which school places better in LA biglaw, or even midlaw? Which school has better job prospects in LA for someone at median, and how does this change as you move up the class rankings from there? Are the prospects very similar for someone in the top 10% at each school? Does one school or the other hold more "prestige" in LA than the other?

Experiences/opinions/anecdotal evidence welcome.

Even in the glory days of the mid-2000s, both schools put around 5% of their graduates into nlj250 positions. Contrary to popular belief, it is harder to land in the top 5% than the bottom 95%. The decision, therefore, is a wash. If you want biglaw from either school and are not on a 100%, guaranteed full-scholarship, then it would be remiss to not consider options other than law school. Sorry, dood.

Friend of mine graduated Pepperdine in '09. Couldn't get a job at all in CA and had to move back to FL, take the bar there and finally got a job this fall. I know she wasn't top 10%, but that's about it.
