Last minute advice on phone interviews - unfortunately it is necessary that I am using a cell phone (so possibly starting off on the wrong, fuzzy connection, foot).

Ready....go.

Be yourself, be personable...just keep in mind that on the other end is a normal person and that, typically, people look favorably upon those like themselves. So, be kind, happy, polite, and sell yourself at the same time! Good luck!

It's the same as an in-person interview, except easier. Will probably be asked similar questions.

Enjoy the plus of sitting at your computer and having the person's bio/your notes etc in front of you. Make sure you're in a quiet place, and that you let the other person finish before talking - this might be a little harder without visual clues.

It's a little more awkward maybe, but really not too different from a regular interview.
