Skadden DC has a strong litigation group and a strong national reputation. Its one of the largest branch offices in DC. And, there's way more job stability/firm stability at Skadden versus Latham. In DC, Latham's litigation practice seems much better (top appellate litigation, etc.). Lots of back-and-forth there between government (David Hayes, Alice Fisher, Greg Garre, Jose Fernandez)Anonymous User wrote:layoffs notwithstanding, does latham or skadden have a stronger litigation practice/exit options?
