The article suggests that Orrick is a bit of a merger tease. I wouldn't hold my breath.ben1185 wrote:I'm not sure all the doom and gloom is necessary. This possible merger could leave the firm in a very strong position, with a HUGE presence. But, notably, I don't know much about how law firm mergers work, and what the repercussions could be. I did interview with Akin, and liked them. I also know people who interviewed with Orrick and liked them as well.
