CB about 10 days ago. Nothing. I realize many people have interviewed and been offered in between that time...Time to abandon all hope?

I had my screening interview over three week ago and haven't heard anything... so it could be worse!

does STB not do auto-reject? If they do, you seem to have at least elluded that. Likely on hold, which means a chance remains.

My STB offer took 2+ weeks. So it's not all over for you. Silence better than a rejection.

My offer also took more than 10 days.
