STB or sullcrom?

Interested in general corporate. Both seem to have very general training, S&C probably more than STB. That said, know I don't want to get into litigation.
Interested in 2-3 yrs experience in NY then a placement in Tokyo. Know that STB's rep in Tokyo is slightly better than S&C's but not a given that I will get placed in Tokyo if I join either. Unsure of how their NY reputation compares to each other.
