EXPLAIN why it's more likely to be better. I am very curious as to why people think we "can only go up" from here. Is it because we have always recovered relatively quickly from recessions in the past? This alone doesn't seem like a great explanation considering the unprecedented nature of this economic downturn. Study says we may have reached a bottoming out.
If we're talking about the study, then based on that opinion in the study, things are likely to get better.
