What font are these firms using? Anyone know?

I could be wrong, but I don't think that firm logos are done in Microsoft Word.

Plus, the three ampersands are slightly different (especially the White & Case one). I don't think it's from a stock font.

They're not all the same typeface (at least I don't think so), but I can't place it/them. If you just want the ampersand, I've never seen it in a commercially available typeset, so my guess is that it belongs to a design firm (my guess is one of the big NYC ad houses, given the common thread between the firms).

Oh, and to whomever changed the thread title, all you need is a postscript PDF and you can strip it out and answer the question.

The ampersand is Engravers Gothic.

I assume you're asking for a reason other than so you can fake your own Cravath letterhead. ;)
