Haha.....No, I am not URM. Can't give you comfort there. But I do have significant work/life experience that makes it possible to carry on conversations like an adult. Try it, it's an even bigger bump than having brown skin or a vagina.Anonymous User wrote:URM?

I have been highly successful at the screening stage even compared to people with similar grades. I am just getting destroyed at callbacks so am not sure what it is. Are you taking the offer?Anonymous User wrote:I was the user above who congratulated you. Just wanted to say: LOL. Thanks for this.Anonymous User wrote:Haha.....No, I am not URM. I'm going to take a wild guess that you interviewed with Skadden (Wilmington) too at least at the screener stage.Anonymous User wrote:Haha.....No, I am not URM. Can't give you comfort there. Re: Philly Offer Thread
If this is the case, then I'm sure you'll be fine. It is tough right now, I heard the ppl at Career Planning complaining the other day that not many offers are going out in the Philly market right now. They said that they think firms are going 1 for 1 (only giving out 10 offersfor a 10 person summer class, not giving out any others offers unless/until one drops). It has been a select few that seem to be getting the spots. That tells me that things are going to shift pretty soon, once offers start getting accepted.Anonymous User wrote: I have been highly successful at the screening stage even compared to people with similar grades.
