Starts at 145k (MLB, Dechert, and Duane Morris I believe are the only ones on this level).
I believe Dechert is the only firm that follows Cravath level bonuses.
1st Year $145,000
2nd Year $152,500
3rd Year $160,000
4th Year $170,000
5th Year $180,000
6th Year $190,000
7th Year $200,000
8th Year $210,000

Skadden Wilmington sent out rejections. I suppose if you have not received one that is a good sign.

My one friend told me yesterday that he received a rejection, not sure exactly when he received it though.
