Got a snail mail rejection from their NY office today. Did they really waste my bid without intending to take anyone?

Ya did a CB there a few weeks ago. I know they have sent out at least a few offers.

Yeah I think their first round offers in NYC was decided this Wed at least that's what I heard when I was there
