Reed Smith speed dating

I didn't have a screener with them, but from a resume drop I got an invite to their NY office to participate in a round of interviews they described as being like speed dating, with cocktails afterwards. Anyone know if this is how they're doing their callbacks this year, or if this is something else entirely?
