What are the chance you will get an offer after you land a cb ITE? 50%? 30%?

It depends on the firm. And a thousand other various circumstances.

It's really hard to provide any sort of useful information when you can't name your school or the firms you're interviewing at. CLS provides a spreadsheet of # called back and # offered for each firm. Check with your school.

NALP stats for the last year pegged it at under 50%. It goes as low as 33% for firms in the Northeast.
