Anyone know the offer/callback ratio at Cravath?

Near 100% most years. Worse last year (~60%?) but they were only hiring 20 students. They announced they would hire 80 or so (i.e. standard number) this year, so hopefully it's back near 100%. Expect a full day interview, each lasting as long as need be, with an offer or rejection by the end of the day and a lunch in the middle. My interview partner kept in touch with me, not sure if that is true of them all.

By 100%, you mean they offer virtually everyone they callback?

Yes. ~88% of callbacks resulted in offers from one school I have data for in 2006. Closer to 60% last year, but again, that was a VERY bizarre year and this year they plan to hire 4x the number of summers.

fyi, I have data from '08 at a top-5 school where 37 of 77 students got offers from Cravath. Hope that helps. Good luck!
