You'll be sitting in the office across the desk from a practicing attorney - so steering the conversation to what they do on a daily basis, what they're doing that day, etc. can be very productive. Always helps when they talk about themselves, and it's also a great chance to really learn the nuts and bolts of the firm. Stock questions like "what do you do?" "how did you wind up in this practice area?" "how do you assign work / get work assigned to you?" can be asked to many or most interviewers and yield good info - especially when compared across interviewers.
For the most part, each 20-30 minute interview won't be much different than the screening interviews you've already survived, though they'll be more focus on you and the firm - and while you'll be selling yourself, at the overwhelming majority of firms if you've been called back the ball is already in your court so the power dynamic will be shifted a bit.
