Can someone please compile a list of such firms who recruit summer associates in the region specified? Would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Yeah this is a ridiculous request.
Buy a Vault Guide and check out "the best of the rest."
Go to the Nalp directory and search for NY employers, and then cross off Vault-ranked firms.
Edit: And do not abuse the anon feature?
