Simplicity automatically posted the results at midnight last night and it looks like the CDO manually took them when they got into the office today.
Not a glitch. CDO error.

Top 35%
14 preselects
5 alternates
2 friends in top 15% got around 20 preselects, from all the firms you would expect (most of the V20). Looks like this year is what everybody expected - not great, but manageable if you interview well. My IP friend got around 10 interviews even though he isn't in the top 35%. But lower than top 35% and non-IP didn't seem to do as hot - the one person I talked to got 2 interviews.

just checked mine and it looks the same as it did yesterday.
Does this mean I just missed the glitch window for seeing my interviews.... I guess I will have to be patient and wait til 5

5 preselects via regional programs - 16 preselects via OCI
Transfer student - I'm sorry, please don't hate me. Today, I thanked my lucky stars. Also, to the top 35% dood with 14 preselects - awesome - looks like GW didn't get "Emory'd."
7 CBs so far...still waiting on 6 firms. No news yet after those callbacks, though

I'm starting at GW this year so I have a little interest in this.
What is "Emory'd?" And to the other poster who mentioned IP... is the idea that IP is doing the best right now, in this economy, etc?

Emory got F'd in the A according to the data that is coming out about this year's OCI, so people are pretty much using it as a verb already.

I guess it was no BS when people said, "At the big T25 schools, top 1/3 is the magic number". I know a few people from GW, BU, etc who hit around or above top 1/3 and seem to be doing pretty great compared to other comparable schools. Guess its certainly not bad to be at a solid regional school...as long as that school isn't Emory

From the people I've talked to, it's black and white depending on top 1/3 or not.

Just a reminder that some of the figures are for IP. IP and non-IP can be a huge difference outside of the top ranks. Because IP will interview down to (e.g.) 1/3, while Non IP might (e.g.) only interview down to top 15%. So if you're in top 1/3, IP would give you 3 or 4 times more interviews than non-IP.

bwv812 wrote: If this holds up, GW may outplace GULC, where people are getting fewer interviews and seem to be getting fewer contacts from firms they didn't get interviews at.
As someone who chose GULC over a massive scholarship at GW, that is pretty depressing.
