For those who have been through these before, what advice can you give? What types of questions are typically asked? Are the questions more personality/ "give an example of when you..."/ " In this situation, what would you do and why?" type questions, rather than the generic screening interview questions of " tell me about your experience at X firm," or " I see you have Y interest on your resume, tell me more..." ?

Pretty much identical to screening interviews.

Same types of questions, but different types of interviewers. At big firms, you usually get something like 2 partners, 1 midlevel and 1 junior associate (2 if you're going to lunch). Plan your questions accordingly.

Don't relax too much at lunch. You can relax a bit depending on the demeanor of the people at lunch, but stay professional. If you are unsure about dining manners, read up. Manners are very important at large firms, because eventually you will be interacting with clients. Firms don't want to hire someone who will chew with his mouth open, throw his dirty napkin on the table and announce that he is going to make room for desert.

Edit to add something productive: they'll probably give you at least 1-2 interviewers who do lit, and 1-2 who do corporate/transactional (unless you've expressed some definite interest in one or the other, or in something specific like IP). Prepare questions for both areas.
