My school does a blind bidding system so I got about 14 interviews but is there really any point? Almost all the firms are big law I can't imagine they ever hire anyone from below the median. For what its worth I had 2 bad grades that killed me one of which I significantly improved on in the second semester.

Let me elaborate. You should always do OCI. Just because your chances are low of succeeding, doesn't mean you should abandon all chance. Do it. You may not get a job, but you may! You have nothing to lose but just a bit of your time. And it will give you interview and application/resume experience no matter what happens.

Yeah, wouldn't want to run the risk of getting a big firm job. That would be awful. Better stay at home.
