Seems about right. Median at those schools was never a good place to be for big law even in the boomiest times, and this is ITE. Not sure how much of a boost firms are giving to URMs ITE though. I think firms are just becoming a lot more GPA-focused because each associate has to produce more work in the same, or less, amount of time, given that they have reduced class sizes significantly.

I don't have a hard time believing you. I mean since when in the world has being a minority helped with employment (especially in the corporate world)? That's so counter-intuitive it's not even funny (not to mention it goes directly against almost every employment study relating to minorities ever done). I think the admissions setup elicits so much emotion that people forget that that is a very unique situation.Everyone thinks AA does way more than it does.
